After a good night’s sleep we were ready to start out to-do list for our time at Brunswick Landing Marina. First thing on the list was haircuts for us both. We were both overdue but expect it will be a while before we need another with our new short haircuts.
Just starting the haircuts.
All done.
Brunswick Landing Marina as seen from the boatyard. It extends for 3/4 mile. We are a mast waaay in the distance!
Next, we walked the 3/4 mile length of the marina—it is huge!—to the boatyard to talk with the mechanics Chris and Matt. They were kind and helpful, suggesting that George replace the fuel filters and check the connections throughout the fuel system himself since the mechanics are backed up for weeks.
We expect to be here about a week while waiting for our next weather window. We are confident we will have our vessel documentation by then.

ReplyDeleteWow, that is one huge marina! What professional looking haircuts! Sounds like things are looking up finally. At least hurricane season is all but over! Sending love and wishes for a fun respite.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the compliments on the haircuts. At least they will last a while!
DeleteFYI, I changed that setting on my phone and voila! I can post comments again.
